At just 169kg (£ 373), Monster 1100 is the lightest bike in its class.

2010 Ducati Monster 1100

With a height of 40 mm above the 696 race, the higher ground clearance under the Monster 1100 enables impressive lean angles, allowing you to explore the sporting side of this new bike fully naked. Ultra-light aluminum alloy Y-shaped 5-spoke wheels reduce unsprung weight and improve agility. 3.50x17 front wheel is equipped with a ring 120/70ZR when the rear wheel has 180/55ZR 5.50x17. The result is a light, precise steering, which is extremely sensitive at all speeds, giving the vehicle exceptional stability.

The management has improved to a major general of 64 degrees with the extra distance allowed by the air ducts in an intelligent manner on the tops of the fuel tank that feed the ten new liter airbox. Athletes feel the bike is further accentuated by the new aluminum conical handlebar.

PHARE: The projector uses the latest optical technology to deliver a triple plate beam depth, width, making night driving safer and easier. Advanced construction of the Assembly is one of the most compact headlamps available.

AirBox and fuel tank: the use of advanced molding techniques have not only increased fuel capacity, but also a larger airbox. The new tank is now 15 liters (3.8 U.S. gallons) while the airbox contains a stimulant to 10 liters of air.

Mirrors: Mirrors have been completely redesigned, making them lower, smoother and more aerodynamic while ensuring a clear view of the back. The design accentuates the curves and lines of the handlebars and fuel tank.

LED tail lights: a minimalist spirit of Monster, and the desire to reduce the weight of the least were the reasons for the choice of LED lighting system behind.

Clamps gullwing holder: As the winner of racing Ducati, the Monster 1100 is fitted with fork clamps extremely robust. Form "gull wing" makes exceptional torsional stiffness.
