Suzuki fuel injection system technology offers high performance motorcycle throttle, fuel efficiency and quick engine starts under all conditions.
Engine characteristics
A powerful 493cc, SOHC was, single cylinder, water-cooled, four-stroke engine designed for a wide power range, with strong high-end power. Its cylinder is tilted forward for a low center of gravity, engine height and lower the seat height lower. The engine also has a counter balance shaft for smooth operation.
KingQuad 500AXi is a compact 4-valve per cylinder head and intake valves very straight intake ports for increased cylinder charging efficiency. Racing bike from a chain and gear cam system allows a short / narrow cylinder head design and reduces overall engine height.
Lightweight aluminum cylinder, bore is electro-plated with Suzuki's own race proven SCEM (Suzuki Composite Electrochemical Material) for better heat transfer and tighter piston clearance.
A high capacity radiator cooling fan with large diameter aluminum allows a stable temperature of the engine.

Torque-sensing front differential limited slip compact drive offers more powerful, more effort at the wheel of light. A differential locking system provides serious four-wheel drive.
Convenient button controls mounted on the handlebars allow the rider can easily choose between 2WD, 4WD and differential-lock 4WD to get a perfect environment for all types of towing condition. Ignore the switch on the left lever to replace the normal speed limiter when stuck in mud.
