Swingarm, the PDS

Balance shaft

When designing a new crankshaft 350 EXC-F, KTM's engineers focused on reducing the weight back and forth, and development of the rotating masses. So I managed to combine low vibration-free with excellent traction and itinerant nature.

Lubrication system

The new 350 EXC-F engine is equipped with two oil pumps. Pump lubricates the engine and the ignition switch and cool, when the vacuum pump sucks the oil in the crankcase, using it to lubricate the transmission. At the same time, a vacuum created an enclosure that provides more power the engine speed.


The engine management system with Keihin electronic fuel injection ensures a spontaneous response and maximum engine performance. Several characteristics of the motor can be activated with a switch to the option card.


The 350 EXC-F newly developed clutch steel cage with a depreciation of the subsequent transmission robust and easier, use a disk for the first time, instead of the traditional conical springs, thus greatly reducing the strength of the operation. With electric start


The new 350 EXC-F is equipped with both a kick starter and electric starter. The search for electric start generator is integrated into the cover instead of the crankcase, so the bike can be converted into a pure football-starter by simply replacing the cover of the generator.
